Dehydration hinder weight loss as much as lack of exercise.

Drinking enough fluid is important when you are exercising because your core temperature will be higher, especially in the heat.The means you heart has to work harder than usual and you will lose water.It not just your brain lungs and skin that have to be kept well hydrated .To avoid injury, you need supple, well - hydrated ligaments ,tendons and tissues.
