The herb that soothes
Dill.The very word sounds soothing In fact it comes from the Nordic .Gripe water,whic contains dill,was freely dispensed in our house.As a cook, for years i used it only in gravlax, the scandinavian dish in which salmon is buried in snowy avalanche of salt ,sugar and huge handfuls of dill feathery leave.
